By using Viewari, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in jurisdictions where 13 is not the minimum age of digital consent).
• You have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement.
• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting nation.

Since Viewari does not require account registration, no username, password, or personal information is collected during the sign-up process. Your use of the platform is anonymous by default.

You agree to use Viewari only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access or extract data from our platform without explicit written permission.
• Abuse of Resources: Engaging in activity that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, excessive requests, or resource exhaustion.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to bypass any rate limits, access controls, IP blocks, or security measures implemented by Viewari.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating Viewari, its employees, or falsely representing your affiliation with our platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software comprising Viewari are the exclusive property of Viewari or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Our IP: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of Viewari's proprietary materials without our express written consent. This includes but is not limited to the layout, design patterns, tool logic, and branding elements.

Third-Party Content: Content accessed through our tools remains the property of its respective owners (social media platforms and their users). Viewari does not claim ownership over any content viewed through our tools. You are responsible for ensuring your use of such content complies with the relevant platform's terms of service and applicable copyright laws.

Viewari provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• No Guarantee of Availability: We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Content accessed through our tools is provided by third-party platforms and may not be accurate, complete, or current. We do not verify or endorse third-party content.
• No Guarantee of Compatibility: We do not warrant that our services will be compatible with all browsers, devices, or operating systems, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Viewari at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Grounds for Termination: Activities that may result in termination include, but are not limited to, automated scraping, abuse of our infrastructure, violation of acceptable use policies, or any illegal activity conducted through our platform.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Viewari may provide links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or embedded content. These links are provided for your convenience only, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

When you use our tools to access content from platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Reddit, your interaction with those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We strongly recommend reviewing those policies.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party websites or platforms accessed through our tools. You acknowledge sole responsibility for your interactions with third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@viewari.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action against Viewari.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and provide prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Viewari after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
